How to enable and disable video chat, appointment booking, and chat

1. Log into your DASHBOARD

2. Go to STORE setting

3. Choose FEATURES

4. TOGGLE Appointment Booking and Chat OFF or ON at your convenience.

OBS! To ENABLE APPOINTMENT BOOKING you have to set your AVAILABILITY first. Please click HERE , click on WORK SCHEDULE and add your hours.

Remember! If both APPOINTMENT BOOKING and CHAT are OFF – the widget will ONLY BE VISIBLE when you are ONLINE for LIVE VIDEO CHAT.
