When the customer clicks on the customizable vClerk button on your homepage or e-com store – they will be given 3 choices depending on if you’re online or not:
Add a personal feel with a customized image
Your customized image will be on top to ensure the customer gets a personal feel, and they can choose to reach out in the manner that suits them the best – right now on video, with a live chat or book an appointment for a video chat at their convenience.
Full control over your schedule
You control the times you are available, and the client books the time that suits them the best. Finally you can be available for your customers when they need it – without having to be online at all times!
Not everyone likes to communicate the same way. We cover everything!
Not all customers like to talk on video so now the customer can choose to chat live or send a message if you are offline. This way you don’t have to choose between a video and a chat supplier anymore – because we do it all – VIDEO CHAT, TEXT CHAT and APPOINTMENT BOOKING!

If you already installed VClerk the widget will automatically update the next time you log into the dashboard and go live. If you didn’t install us yet – this is the time to do it!
